Perry House is your home from home for work stays or holiday visits to the vibrant City of Bristol.  Room for you to relax, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen and dining area, a sunny private garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal, making Perry House your home from home whilst working or holidaying in Bristol. There is a HD Smart TV with Netflix.

Facilities include towels and linen provided.  Fully equipped kitchen, with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, cutlery (silverware), crockery and glasses. Iron and Ironing Board. Hairdryers in bedrooms, along with drawer and hanging space. Weekly cleaning and laundry change. Additional cleaning and changes optionally available.

There is one allocated parking space located in a small car park to the rear of the property. 

Free on-street parking is available directly outside of the house, subject to availability. We ask that guests do not park anywhere but the allocated space or directly outside of the house they are staying in.

Minimum Nights & Occupancy

Minimum stay is 3 nights. Maximum occupancy is 9 People.
