Absolutely loved this apartment
We absolutely loved this apartment. We prefer the facilities that this offered with lounge kitchen and separate bedroom to a hotel at a similar price. It's your own space. It's been well thought out and we enjoyed our stay comfortably. Nice walk into town also. Parking on street is quite easy and free. I also loved the smart tv which enabled me to watch Netflix and Prime using my own account.

No doubt will be coming back!
A lovely apartment, well designed and in good condition. It was a prefect place for my parents to stay in while visiting us in the area. Matt and the team were helpful and the checking-in message was a nice touch. It is close to a pub but fortunately the noise wasn't noticeable as soon as you close the patio doors, which is a great added bonus for this space as well as the heated floors. I have no doubt my parents will be coming back!

Very exceptional!
This house offered much more than we could ask for. Completely newly furnished and refurbished unit with ample facilities for a comfortable stay. Located not far from the main city centre, about 10 minutes by car. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few nights in Bath.

The house is well equipped and is modern, light and bright. There is parking at the property. It's also on a good bus route into Bath town centre and there's a Spar shop close by. Communication with the hosts was easy; they were responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting us. We're going to re-book for a return trip in the Summer.

We visited Bristol to train at a nearby judo club and needed somewhere not to far to stay. For 3 of us the apartment was great, comfortable, clean with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Communication with the hosts was brilliant, the response times were great, we arrived a little earlier than expected and messaged to ask if we could 'check in' they responded straight away to say we could. The location was good, it was near the club we were training at but also not far from the city center. There is a shop a five min walk away which was handy and the little Garden at the back was particularly nice for breakfasts and / or dinner.

We were a family of four having a few days holiday in Bristol. The apartment is very well located for a number of tourist attractions - SS Great Britain around five mins, the aquarium a little further and via a small river ferry (card payment only). The apartment is close to north street that has good food options and some nice local shops. The apartment was very clean, parking was arranged beforehand which was helpful. All great would stay here again.

Nicely decorated, clean and well equipped
We had a great stay here with friends. The house was in a good location, right next to a park. The property has on-street parking and we were able to park right outside, hassle free. The house was nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. Check in was easy and communication with the host was great throughout our stay.

The most perfect little home in Bristol
The most perfect little home in Bristol. Very well presented, tidy, clean, with everything we needed for the weekend. Bedrooms are spacious, quaint and comfortable. Shower pressure is amazing. Heating is on point, we had to use it in the night. The area is lovely. With a beautiful park a 1 minute walk from the property. Access to town is easy with many taxi’s or uber’s to take you to your destination. If and when I go back I will more than likely use this place again.

I needed somewhere to stay while visiting family in Bedminster and this was ideal. The renovation of the ground floor of this traditional house had a modern eco twist which I found very comfortable, especially with the underfloor heating. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would certainly book again if the need arises.

Immaculate condition
We had a wonderful time at Mathew's place. His parents received us on arrival and were amazingly friendly showing us through the house. The house has been recently been renovated so is in immaculate condition inside. Very well designed place for big family or 2-3 families. Would recommend to all. Great house in a residential area. Big rooms, comfy beds. There is loads of storage available. Well presented bedrooms, cleaning kit in the kitchen. It was easy to park on drive or street. Just what we needed as a base for a few days at balloon fiesta and visit to Longleat (bit of a drive, but we expected that). Our daughter loved toys in the living room. A very responsive host, including checking on us if we found everything ok. Would definitely stay again if we came to a fiesta. Thank you for having us.
