Cliftonvalley Apartments can now provide you with a comprehensive set-up and full hands-free management service, to enable you to operate your property as Serviced Accommodation, with all the benefits this brings.

We can help you make the most of your investment properties, by providing you with a free no-obligation initial consultation to discuss if Serviced Accommodation (otherwise known as short-letting, holiday lets, serviced holiday lets or “Airbnb”) may be appropriate for you and your property. We can update you about all the advantages and tax benefits of letting your house or apartment this way and, if of interest, we will carry out a review of your property and/or a site visit to assess its suitability for use as Serviced Accommodation. 

Should the property be suitable, we can agree terms for a trial period, or for our full management service. When you take our “full service” option, we will provide you with a fully hands-free management service, including all the benefits below. At the end of each month, we provide you with a comprehensive “SA Management Report”, detailing income and expenditure for your information and accounts. Then we make a bank transfer direct to your account. No tenants, no hassle.
