Relax and enjoy in this homely one-bedroom annex. Save money and cater for your own culinary tastes in the fully equipped kitchen, where you have a proper hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, with all the utensils you need to rustle up a meal. 

For your entertainment we have a smart TV, all powered with free, fast WIFI. You may choose to play one of the games, read a book or go for a stroll to see what wildlife you can spot in the local nature reserve. You are also able to enjoy use of the courtyard garden with table and chairs where you can relax.

The bathroom has a shower and we will provide you with shower gel, soap, shampoo & fluffy full sized towels.

You can be in charge of your own laundry, as there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

There is a small driveway which is reserved for your car at no charge, and plenty of additional street parking in a small CCTV covered car park.

We also welcome dogs by prior arrangement ****Please contact us prior to booking to arrange**** (maximum of 2 dogs at £25 for one dog or £45 for two dogs per stay). We also welcome well behaved cats.

About the area

The area really does deliver the best of the country with all the convenience of easy & quick links to both Bristol & Bath without the rush hour traffic.

By day you can take a wander through the nature reserve & view numerous birds (look out for buzzards) & even deer or forage for apples, walnuts and blackberries. By night you can see foxes & badgers.

As far as local amenities are concerned there are the normal pizza, Indian, chippy and cooperative supermarket up the road or you may choose to order a just eat. In Keynsham (10 minute drive) there are great Indians and a lovely pizza restaurant as well as a Grounded and Bonzo Lounge.

Within driving a 10 minute driving range we have:

* Waitrose
* Sainsburys

Only being a 20 minute drive to Bristol & a 30 minute drive to Bath, you may want to consider these options:
* 1 minute walk to the number 2 bus terminal which goes straight down the bus lanes to Bristol city centre every half hour or so.

* 10 minute drive to Keynsham train station where you can get to Bristol or Bath in less than 10 minutes.

* 10 minute drive to Brislington Park & Ride which takes you into Bristol.

* We are Uber friendly, maximum wait 10 minutes from ordering them.
